Store pickup is available free of charge at our physical store in León.
At checkout, select Store pickup for €0.00.
Store pickup orders are held for 7 calendar days. If an order is not collected within this period, it will be cancelled and refunded.
The order number must be provided when collecting an order.
The order number allows the order to be collected. Do not share it with third parties unless you want someone else to collect the order on your behalf.
RETURNS
IN-STORE RETURNS
Purchases made in store may be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase.
A receipt or proof of payment is required.
Products must be returned unused, complete and in their original condition, including packaging, labels, inserts and documentation where applicable.
ONLINE RETURNS
Online orders may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
To request a return, contact antisouvenir(at)gmail(dot)com and wait for confirmation before sending the item back.

Once TOMOSKI has confirmed the return, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Returns must be sent with tracking. The tracking number must be provided to antisouvenir(at)gmail(dot)com in the same email thread used to request the return.
The product must be properly protected and returned in the same outer shipping packaging in which it was received. Failure to use the original shipping packaging, or to pack the order correctly, may affect the refund if the product is damaged in transit.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.
For online orders, the product price and, where legally applicable, the original standard delivery charges will be refunded.
Return shipping costs are not refundable.
If a product is returned damaged, incomplete or with diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
